How far in advance should we book your services?

We recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. Our calendar can fill up quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons, so early booking is the best way to ensure availability.

Who will be capturing our wedding?

In our initial response to your inquiry, we’ll let you know who from our talented team is available to capture your special day. We believe in transparency and clear communication with all our couples.

Do you provide drone coverage?

Yes, drone coverage is available for our video packages, subject to weather conditions and venue regulations.

How long does it take to receive our photos and video?

The editing process for photos typically takes 3-4 weeks, while Short Films can take 4-6 weeks, depending on the package you choose. We take the time necessary to ensure everything is perfect, striving to deliver high-quality results.

What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?

Our approach is relaxed and friendly. We focus on making you feel comfortable, often capturing candid moments as they unfold. For posed shots, we provide gentle direction to bring out natural expressions, ensuring your photos and films feel authentic to you.

What if something unexpected happens, and you can’t make it to our wedding?

In the unlikely event that I’m unable to attend, I have a network of professional photographers and videographers I trust who can step in and provide the same level of quality and care.

How do you store and protect our photos and video footage?

We use professional-grade memory cards and back up all footage to multiple locations immediately after your wedding. These backups are kept for 6 months after your wedding date. Your memories are precious, and we take every precaution to ensure their safety.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 1 week before your wedding day.

Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, We love travelling for weddings and are available for destination events. Additional travel fees may apply depending on the location, and we can discuss these details during our initial consultation.
